Contact Form Submissions
When you use the contact form on this site, you provide a name, email address, and phone number. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and not retained beyond the period needed to address the enquiry.
Server Logs
Standard server log files record the IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited for each request to the server. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and error-diagnosis purposes and are not linked to individual identities.
Cookies
This site sets a single functional cookie to record whether you have responded to the cookie consent banner. This cookie does not track browsing activity across other sites, does not contain personal information, and expires after 365 days. No advertising or analytics cookies are set by this site.
3. How Information Is Used
Information collected via the contact form is used solely to respond to your message. Server log data is used to maintain the technical operation of the site. The consent cookie is used to avoid displaying the cookie banner repeatedly to visitors who have already responded to it.
4. Third-Party Content
Some pages on this site display images hosted on Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org). When your browser loads these images, a request is made directly to Wikimedia's servers. Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 90 days after the enquiry is resolved. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. The consent cookie expires after 365 days or when cleared by the visitor.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided to this site by contacting info@harborcraftco.org. Requests are processed within 30 days. Visitors in the European Economic Area have additional rights under the GDPR; visitors in British Columbia have rights under PIPA; visitors elsewhere in Canada have rights under PIPEDA.
